Yoga means connecting mind & body - achieving oneness.
An athlete must learn to connect his/her oneness to a particular discipline i.e. squash. Yoga is incorporated in the program to develop this concept.

Rolfe Gates, a "Yoga Master" was instrumental in professionally incorporating yoga into the Complete Squash curriculum between 2002-2004. In addition to teaching the participants, Rolfe also personally taught Satinder Bajwa who continues to teach Gates' philosophy.

During elite week, yoga is comprehensively implemented to highlight the importance of concentration, focus and maintaining calmness under pressure.
